Description
It is part of the complex of the Baraccano Conservatory and its construction dates back to the Sixteenth century. Until the 1970s it was called Conservatorio delle Putte, where the orphan girls of the city were educated and prepared for marriage. In 2006 it was renovated and used as a theatre. It hosts the musical theatre festival Atti sonori, with an annual programme that includes performances in the courtyard of the Theatre, in August.
