A first quality fresh pasta workshop! The Naldi ladies, also known as “le sfogline” (women who prepare fresh pasta according to the tradition), are cooks with magical hands. Every day they prepare tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelli, lasagna and other delights. Some dishes can be purchased in take-away trays and enjoyed at the tables in the bar next door, the Barazzo (in the workshop there is the possibility to eat on wall tables, but the place is very small and it is not easy to find a seat).

To enter you have to pass on a little ramp, so it is better to go accompanied. If you want, it is possible to book your takeaway food and collect it from a secondary entrance on the same Via del Pratello. On the contrary, if you want to eat there, you will have to take a seat at the Barazzo: the place is really small and the tables are high.
